Just walked 1.24 miles in the 90 degree heat. Sweatin off calories. Also went grocery shopping and did not buy one unhealthy item. Go me!

I didn’t do so well eating wise this week and I’m trying not to beat myself up over it. I’m glad I just got up and did a cardio workout. I will do better. 

I worked late tonight and really didn’t want to go for my walk. When I got home I immediatley went in my room and switched to sweats and a tshirt. Forced myself out the door and got 1.5 miles in. Wasn’t much, but it was something. My point? MOVE. Even when you don’t want to!

Starting today, I do 98 days of the gym. that’s basically all summer. Leggo!

I am doing pretty well so far. The only thing is I feel like I never have time to exercise. Need to MAKE the time! But diet is going so good. I’m proud of the choices I make!
